Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Some special packages may have different policies.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests can be made through your account or by contacting support. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule subject to availability. Please notify us at least 7 days before your original date. Rescheduling fees may apply for last-minute changes.
What happens if the tour is cancelled by your company?
In the rare event we cancel a tour, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We'll notify you as early as possible.
