Booking & Reservations

How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package and following the booking process. Simply choose your tour, select dates, number of participants, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can modify your booking subject to availability. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your tour date. Some modifications may incur additional charges.
What is the minimum number of participants?
Minimum participants vary by package. Individual tours typically require 1-2 persons, while group packages have minimums starting from 10 pax. Check the specific package details for exact requirements.
Do you offer custom tour packages?
Yes, we can customize tours for groups, corporate events, or special occasions. Contact us with your requirements and we'll create a personalized itinerary.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards via ToyyibPay, BayarCash, and manual bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
How does the deposit work?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 14 days before your travel date. Group packages may have different deposit requirements.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any optional add-ons or extras will be clearly shown before booking.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for groups. The more participants, the better the rate per person. Check our group packages page for specific pricing tiers.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Some special packages may have different policies.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests can be made through your account or by contacting support. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule subject to availability. Please notify us at least 7 days before your original date. Rescheduling fees may apply for last-minute changes.
What happens if the tour is cancelled by your company?
In the rare event we cancel a tour, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We'll notify you as early as possible.

What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, camera, and personal items. Specific recommendations will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Is transportation included?
